Indoors
The villa is divided into two separate areas uniquely designed and have various living areas, offering every level of comfort for its visitors.
The main one is in an incredible converted conservatory. This open-plan living area is truly magnificent with its large windows and offers the incredible sensation of being completely immersed in nature. Furnished with the utmost attention to detail, the living area is a stylish statement that creates an unforgettable environment. Guests can enjoy a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofas with a TV, games consoles and DVD player, a carom billiard, a poker table and a traditional wood-burning stovekitchen. There is also a guest bathroom in this area and a direct access to the spa with sauna and jacuzzi.
The second area of the villa is a separate two levels building where there are three bedrooms, close to the swimming pool. The first floor, accessible from the outdoor seating area near the spa, contains a beautiful master bedroom, with a stunning freestanding bathtub in the room. Along the corridor there is a second bedroom and a large shared bathroom with a shower. The lower level can be reached either by a staircase or from the pool area and has a reading room, a large bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom with characteristic wooden ceilings and open stonework walls. There is also a small, charmingly decorated kitchen that is ideal for preparing breakfast.
Outdoors
The property has amazing and large outdors. Thanks to its lush gardens, its palm trees and its shady spots the villa offers to guests the possibility to appreciate outdoor living in Sicily. Visitors can find a lovely outdoor dining area surrounded by flowers and trees, a remarkable barbecue (created in the form of a traditional Sicilian well), an outdoor kitchen area and a shady spot with a hammock and seating area. There is also an exterior pool (16 x 8 meters), surrounded with palms and abundant vegetation, with a shady gazebo and several sunloungers. Sport lovers will enjoy the villa's private tennis court, whilst table tennis, table football and trampoline. The villa has also a private parking.
Staff & Services
Price includes a welcome pack, mid-week towel change, daily pool cleaning, jacuzzi cleaning once a week, daily garden maintenance, rubbish collection two times a week and final housekeeping. For multiple-week bookings, a weekly linen changes and a cleaning service are included. The very discreet villa's caretaker lives on the property and is available to help guests in case of any problems. There are four wood-burning heaters in the living area which can be used at an extra cost. The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as chef services, cookery class, airport transfert, car rental and various other activities and tours.
