The villa enjoys a strategic location just minutes from the historic center of Noto, a jewel of Sicilian baroque and UNESCO World Heritage site. Ideally situated for exploring the towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse, it also provides easy access to the Vendicari Nature Reserve and nearby beaches. The perfect setting to combine cultural discovery, preserved nature, and absolute relaxation in an exceptional place.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Italian
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.00 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

I cannot recommend Villa Vogue highly enough. The property was amazing with a beautiful pool and grounds, as well as sea views. The whole property was immaculate and stunning. My family and I will definitely be back.

First of all the villa was excellently located and equipped. We enjoyed location, pool and villa itself. The beds were very good. Often we used the kitchen and barbecue with joy. 3 rooms were spatially located that each had its own privacy. These are only few experiences.

The team is professional and also friendly. They respond promptly to all our questions with accurate and perfect answers. The property we stayed in is exactly as in the pictures. We had a great time there. They made great recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. the team manage all the process from booking to welcoming and departure very easy. They contacted us in advance of our arrival to enquire about our expected time of arrival and if we needed any assistance. We will definitely book with them again
