Indoors
The property comprises a Main House, a Guest House and a suite.
In the Main House, guests can appreciate on the ground floor a kitchen, a charming sitting room with fireplace and a dining room. There is also an access to the garden and another one to the gazebos from the sitting room. Between the ground and the first floor there is a small sitting room and on the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a quadruple suite (accessible from a separate outside staircase) which is ideal for families.
The Guest House, set a little apart, has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other double bedrooms with sea views and shared bathroom. The Guest House also has a small covered balcony.
The suite is a self-contained apartment located on the ground floor of the Guest House. Open-plan in design, this area has its own living/dining area, a small kitchenette, a double bed and a bathroom.
Outdoors
Villa Zelenia is surrounded by a large and phenomenal garden with sea view, vegetable garden and direct access onto a pebbly beach.
Guests can enjoy a raised terrace with pool (8 x 4 metres), several sunlougers, a heated jacuzzi for up to seven, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and a dining area under the shade of a gazebo. The pool is open to guests from 27th March to 23rd October. There is also a second gazebo outside the main house with dining table.
The garden is full of shady spots and comfortable seats where it is possible to enjoy time under the Sicilian sun.
The property also has a private parking.
Staff & Services
Price includes: welcome pack, jacuzzi and pool maintenance, mid-week towel change, weekly linen change (for multi-week bookings), final cleaning and tourist tax.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional linen change, additional towel change, additional housekeeping, shopping delivery and breakfast delivery.
Location
Villa Zelenia has an incredible seafront position and offers guests the opportunity to explore the local area. There are so many places to visit, from beautiful beaches to fun towns and cities.
