The house has been renovated to retain its Tuscan character with terracotta tiles, exposed beams and warm coloured furniture.
This historic house of character can accommodate 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spacious and comfortable living areas.
The gardens are surrounded by terraced olive groves and offer spectacular views of the Tuscan valley, the swimming pool (8x4mx1,8m) and the medieval towers of Lucca. There is also an outdoor dining room, the ideal place to enjoy summer evenings with family and friends.
The property also offers access to a car park and a chapel, as well as a shared tennis, football and volleyball court.
Staff & Services
The price includes: daily maid service (mornings, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), concierge service (in the morning, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), electricity consumption (up to 500 KW - above this amount guests will be charged according to usage), water and gas consumption, linen replacement (Saturday and Wednesday), garden and pool maintenance.
