Villa Pisano is an 18th century Lucchese house set in a beautiful estate of terraced olive groves, elegant Italian gardens and a magnificent swimming pool. With its 12 authentic bedrooms decorated with frescoes, you can welcome your whole family or a large group of friends for an unforgettable stay.
The estate is famous for having been the residence of Mr. Felice Matteucci, the father of the combustion engine, invented in 1853.

Note : a twelfth bedroom can be rented, only during the high season (June to September, Christmas and Easter). This additional beroom enables you to accommodate up to 24 people.


Indoors 

In keeping with the soft and enchanting atmosphere of the villa, the authentic interiors are elegantly furnished with style and charm and offer 12 frescoed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and accommodating up to 24 people. The 3 lounges, the study, the billiard room, the banqueting room and the vaulted loggia offer you the possibility to share a moment together or to enjoy moments of relaxation and privacy.

The villa also includes a beautiful wine cellar, a fully equipped kitchen and a gym with multiple workout machines. 
The villa offers a brand new wifi System (150MB +). It is available indoor and outdoor (even in the swimming pools).


Outdoors​ 

The villa enjoys panoramic views over Lucca and the Nottolini aqueduct. A lovely walled garden provides a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can enjoy the swimming pool and its deckchairs. After relaxing in the garden or sunbathing by the pool, you can enjoy an excellent meal in the outdoor dining room and enjoy the long summer evenings.

The property also offers access to a car park and a chapel, as well as a shared tennis, football and volleyball court (shared).


Staff & Services

The price includes: daily chef service for breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) 6 days a week (rest day on Wednesday), daily maid service (mornings, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), concierge service (in the morning, 6 days a week - rest day on Sunday), electricity consumption (up to 2000 KW - above this amount guests will be charged according to usage), water and gas consumption, linen replacement (Saturday and Wednesday), garden and pool maintenance. 

3 meal options are available during your stay:

• Classic: composed by starter, first course or second course with side dish, dessert hand made by the chef, water and soft drinks unlimited, coffee and 1 bottle of wine every 4 persons. This menu can be either fish or meat.
• Deluxe: composed by starter, first course, second course with side dish, dessert hand made by the chef, water and soft drinks unlimited, coffee and 1 bottle of wine every 4 persons. This menu can be either fish or meat.
• Buffet: composed by 2 starter, 2 first course, 2 second course with side dish, dessert hand made by the chef, water and soft drinks unlimited, coffee and 1 bottle of wine every 4 persons. This menu can be either fish or meat.

Location

The Villa is located in Vorno in the area of Lucca. The village and restaurants are within walking distance of the house.
A putting green is 2.4 km away, a golf course 29 km, a tennis club 2.4 km and the beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are 19 km away.
