Villa Alvora is a charming 4 bedroom villa located near Alvor city, only 3 km from the beach. This lovely property is built on one level and features an outdoor pool, a gym and a Spa area with hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor cold pool. Villa Alvora is a charming and peaceful villa which makes the perfect hideaway in the sunny Algarve.


Indoors

The fully fitted kitchen has a table ideal for breakfast and is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. From the kitchen you have access to a cloackroom, the dinning room with sliding windows that open to swimming pool and to the living room. 
The living room is an inviting place to enjoy with family and friends. Here you will find a flat screen TV with confortable sofas and a fireplace, pool table, breakfast area and large sliding windows that give light to the room and direct access to the garden with swimming pool.
Guests can appreciate a well-equipped gym.
They can also enjoy a beautiful Spa area with hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor cold pool (access to this area with extra).
Villa Alvora comprise one twin bedroom, one en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. This 3 bedrooms have direct access to the garden with the swimming pool. 
2 extra folding beds can be added for a maximum capacity of 10 beds


Outdoors

The outdoor area is simply luxurious with the magnificent large outdoor swimming pool, relaxing BBQ area with comfortable outdoor seating and equipped summer kitchen. 
You have an outdoor table to enjoy summer meals under the Portuguese sun. Enjoy the deckchair around the swimming pool to get a tan. You even have cosy couchs outside if you want to take a nap at the fresh air. 
The property has also a petanque strip (12 x 3 metres).

Important information: None of the 2 pools are heated. Two Aquabike bikes are at your disposal.


Staff & Services

The price includes full cleaning at the end of your stay, up to a maximum of 7 hours. If the cleaning requires more than 7 hours, a supplement will be charged. Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool is also included.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of benefiting from other additional services, on an optional basis and at an additional cost, such as access to the Spa (opening of annexe 1- Wellness area with jaccuzzi, hammam, sauna, indoor swimming pool).
