Suite, 1st floor, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, private, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.
Bedroom 2 for 3 pax has 1 drawer bed below the bunk bed on top.


Indoors

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with fireplace in the open space, with wonderful sea views and access to the pool area.


Outdoors

The outdoor private swimming pool of 4m x 2m is heated. There is an outdoor dining area with a table for 8 persons where you can enjoy your barbecue. The exterior lounge area is equipped with an outdoor fireplace.
A private parking is available.
 

Location

The villa is situated 11.2 km from Sintra, and 20 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, delightful terraces by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife.
Estoril, that has the biggest casino in Europe, is only 28 km away. Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado, is only 40 min. away.
Guincho, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach & sports holidays. Guincho is findeed amous for water sports activities, white sandy family beaches, all within a 20 min drive.
Along the coast, the choice of other beaches is endless. 
For golf lovers, there are 6 golf courses, 30 minutes away: Quinta da Marinha, Oitavos, Penha Longa, Estoril, Quinta da Beloura, Belas.
