Note : bedroom 5 is the service area (outside bedroom with bathroom) which also could be a child's bedroom. It is possible to add an extra bed.
Indoors
This 300 square metre and air-conditioned house offers pleasant and comfortable interiors.
Guests will find a beautiful living/dining room (with dining table, sofas, TV and fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area and a service area with a bathroom.
The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total.
Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden and the swimming pool (6 x 4 x 2 metres) of the villa.
On request, the pool can be fenced off for the safety of children.
They can also appreciate a barbecue area, a relaxation area and a dining area (with awning and parasol) ideal for sharing good meals in a convivial atmosphere.
Staff & Services
The price includes bath amenities, the provision of pool/beach towels, the maintenance of the pool and the garden (once a week) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as the services of an housekeeper.
