Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, private terrace.

Room 4 - Main house - 4 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 5 - Main house - 5 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 6 - Main house - 6 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 7 - Main house - 7 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 8 - Main house - 8 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 9 - Annex - 1 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 100 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also fireplace, office table, living area.

Room 10 - Annex - 2 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also office table.

Room 11 - Buhardilla (Dormitory) :
Room. This bedroom has 6 single bed. Bathroom private. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 12 - Casa de la Alberca :
Room, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, private terrace.

Room 13 - Cellar (External room) :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed.

Notes : 
- Bedroom 3 is perfect for adding an extra bed when there are children. 
- Bedroom 5 : possibility of adding an extra bed.
- Buhardilla (dormitory) : ideal for children (> 8 years). 
- Although the property can accommodate up to 35 people, it is recommended not to exceed 18-22 people in order to have a comfortable stay (27-28 if children occupy the dormitory).


Indoors 

The farmhouse has beautiful interiors, both spacious and comfortable. It consists of several buildings : a main house and its outbuildings.
Guests will find a small chapel, a library, lounges (one with television), two beautiful dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
There are 8 bedrooms and a dormitory (Buhardilla) in the main house.
The annexes (with two bedrooms) are located in the same area as the main house (50m away) and are not connected to each other. 
There is also one more bedroom with bathroom in "La Alberca". This building has a separate entrance with private garden, porch, pergola and outdoor kitchen/barbecue, drinks fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and an old irrigation pool as swimming pool. 


Outdoors​ 

The property offers pleasant exteriors.
The farmhouse produces its own wine, thanks to its vineyards which extend over 1.2 hectares, fulfilling the dream of its owner.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden and various terraces.
There are also swings, a trampoline, a padel court, a tennis court, a football pitch for 7 (with natural grass) and a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14 metres - salt electrolysis).
"La Alberca" has a private garden, a porch, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen/barbecue and an old irrigation basin as a pool. 


Staff & Services

The price includes the final housekeeping, a daily maintenance in rooms/bathrooms in common areas (except kitchen and dining rooms, which is only included when contracting the kitchen service) and a concierge service.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as chef services, kitchen services, massage, yoga classes...


Location

Villa Amparo is located in Fonteta (Girona), in the heart of the Baix Empordà, not far from charming fishing villages such as Calella and Palamós or Llafranc.
Travellers will also be able to discover wonderful inland villages that have retained their magic of yesteryear, such as Pals, Peratallada, Begur and Púbol.
