Guests can appreciate the spacious living area (with flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player), the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area overlooking the garden.
The house also comprises 4 double bedrooms : 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor.
On the upper floor, there is another living area with double bed.
Outdoors
Set in 25.000 sqm of private grounds, the property offers large and nice outdoor areas.
Guests can enjoy the garden, the terraces, the large outdoor patio areas perfect for al fresco dining and the beautiful pool.
From the upper terrace, it is possible to admire a beautiful sea view.
There is also a parking area on site.

Location
Guests can reach Cala Es Calo, one of the island's many beautiful beaches, in 2 minutes (where there are restaurants, bars and a supermarket, some right on the beach). From the villa's garden it is possible to reach Migjorn beach (in only 15 minutes' walk), with its trendy bars and restaurants. La Savina and the port can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
