The recently renovated Villa Alcanti is a haven of peace for families and friends. Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, its refined decor, infinity pool and six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offer privacy and comfort.

Indoors

The villa exudes comfort and elegance, with generous interior space. The focal point of the living room is a grand piano, adding a musical touch to convivial evenings. The rustic-style kitchen opens onto the patio and is fully equipped to cater for all culinary inspirations.

A well-equipped gym and linen room complete the picture of interiors designed for well-being and convenience.


Outdoors

The exterior of the house is set in 3000 m2 of grounds.
The infinity pool (10x5m, depth: 1.2 to 3m) is a must for a refreshing swim. A barbecue area is available for those who love grilling, while the roof terrace is illuminated and equipped, providing the perfect setting for wonderful sunset moments.
There's no shortage of activities either, with a pool table, petanque area, table football and table tennis.


Location

Located just a short distance from famous beaches such as Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, the property offers the perfect strategic position from which to explore the natural beauty of the area.

The charming village of Sant Josep is just 10 minutes away by car, while the airport is 20 minutes away, making it easy to get around. Cultural attractions such as Marina Botafoch and Dalt Vila are also just minutes away.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Loud music and noise outside after 11pm is not permitted by law, please respect that.
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 4 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The house is amazing: beautifully designed spaces; lovely bedrooms; incredible outdoor pool and “breakout” areas; and so many amenities provided.
It was the best weekend for our group of friends. Thank you so much to Erik for the responsive and comprehensive check-in instructions, and to Alicia and Carina for being on hand for anything we needed. We’ll definitely come back.

We had the most fabulous time at Can Alcantara, a peaceful haven with beautiful gardens and lovely spaces. We would definitely stay again. Everything was excellent from the spacious bedrooms, relaxing living spaces and reverse osmosis water removing the need for plastic bottled water.
Erik and Laurence were really helpful responsive hosts and provided some great new recommendations.
The villa is close to some fantastic beaches including Cala Bassa. And there’s an excellent butcher just up the road! Can’t wait to return!

As a group of 8 ladies who travel to Ibiza annually this was the perfect villa for us. Beautiful, spacious, quiet and more than comfortable. The proximity to the beach and supermarket without the need for a car was also a plus! (Although I guess in high season taxis may be less readily available) Laurence, Erik, Alicia and everyone else we came into contact with were so helpful and smiley.

We can’t fault anything except our stay was too short. We will be back. Can’t wait!

BTW - the restaurant next to the supermarket (Es Cucó) was fabulous for food/drinks without breaking the bank!
