Sa Vorera is an ancient finca of 400sqm, or farmhouse. Is classified as a house of architectural merit & is one of the oldest houses on the island. The 12-hectare estate has been lovingly cared for by the same family from Ibiza for almost 200 years now – this is a house rich in history, and cherished over the generations.
The house now offers luxurious private accommodation for up to 12 guests, and a full concierge service on request.
The location is extremely private; near the top of a wooded hill, overlooking the West Coast of Ibiza, not overlooked by anyone, with 12 hectares of land, surrounded by nature.

Named after Conejera Island just offshore from San Antonio, which used to be owned by the Prats family. The picture in the room is Toni´s grandfather on a weekend of rabbit hunting with his pack of podenco dogs. This is where the chickens used to be kept; there is still a hole in the wall where the eggs were stored!
Eggs were once a source of significant income for the small holding farmers of Ibiza.

The living room is 6 metres long, with a 5 metres high beamed ceiling – an exquisite place, with an ancient door 4 metres high and plenty of character. When you open the doors, and let the air flow, looking down on your estate and the Bay of San Antonio on a hot summers day. All the walls are original, stone built, 3 feet thick, and therefore sound proof, coated in Cal (whitewash made the traditional way from limestone); the hardwood beams high above are sabina and olive, coated in the oil of linseed; all products sourced locally. The floor is a simple, traditional, cement.

Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza. - It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo - Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner) - Pool has no swimming guard - Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak - Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand - Smoking is not allowed inside the house - The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer. - Language spoken by staff : English - French - Spanish - Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h - Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR - Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email - Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time - For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo. - No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo - Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR - Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
