This bright and comfortable house of 400 m2 is located on a plot of 1.325m2, in the heart of a very quiet residential area of ​​the Bay of San Augustín.

Master bedroom, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 150 cm. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 150 cm. Bathroom private, shared, with shower, 1 washbasin, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Location

The villa is just 5 minutes from the beaches of the bay, 10 minutes from Cala Bassa and 15 minutes from Cala Conta. All other beaches on the South and West coasts are within a radius of 15 km. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Ibiza Town and the airport are 20 minutes away.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : In cash at the time of check-in

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
