Across the collection, the emphasis is on space and privacy. Interiors are designed around generous living areas, fully equipped kitchens and rooms with en suite bathrooms, while some properties also include independent guest spaces.
Outside, many of our villas with a swimming pool also feature Mediterranean gardens, shaded terraces and outdoor dining areas. Depending on the property, guests may also find sea or countryside views, barbecue areas, sun loungers and additional spaces for relaxing around the pool.
Services vary from one villa to another. Some properties include house staff or regular housekeeping, adding an extra level of comfort during the stay.
Villanovo's villas are located in and around the village, as well as in the surrounding countryside between San Agustin, Sant Josep and the western coastline.
This position makes it possible to stay in a quieter, more residential part of Ibiza while remaining within easy reach of the coast. Depending on the villa, Cala Bassa, Cala Comte and other beaches on the west coast are only a short drive away, while Sant Josep provides restaurants, shops and everyday services.
For guests who also want to spend time in the capital, our properties in Ibiza Town offer a different experience, while San Agustin remains a quieter base for exploring the west and south of the island.
Villanovo's dedicated local concierge team can assist before arrival with airport transfers, car hire and practical arrangements for the stay. Depending on the property and the needs of the group, the team can also arrange the services of a private chef, childcare, wellness treatments and restaurant reservations.
During the stay, the concierge can arrange boat trips, culinary experiences and family-friendly activities around the island. With a local presence in western Ibiza, the team can also recommend beaches, restaurants, markets and excursions suited to the area around San Agustín.
The west coast is particularly well suited to beach days and water-based activities. Cala Bassa and Cala Comte are within easy reach for swimming and snorkelling, while smaller coves along the coast offer quieter alternatives. Boat trips are another way to explore Ibiza's shoreline, with opportunities to stop for swimming and discover the clear waters and Posidonia meadows found around the island.
For culture and local life, Sant Josep offers cafés, shops and a traditional village atmosphere, while Sa Talaia provides walking routes and wide views across the west of Ibiza. Further afield, Dalt Vila, Ibiza Town's UNESCO-listed old town, brings together fortified walls, narrow streets and historic buildings. Markets such as Las Dalias also reflect the island's long-established craft and artistic culture.
