Indoors

The house is decorated in a sophisticated style.Polished and elegant, yet rustic and natural, the house has charming stone walls, marble floors and hand-selected elements with great attention to detail. 
The open plan living room dotted with a glass railing door, looks out over the infinity pool and the blue Mediterranean sea. 


Outdoors

This very private holiday residence with 10.000m² land plot overlooks Ibiza’s west coast areas of Cala Vadella and Cala Carbó beach.
You can enjoy breath-taking sea views from almost every side of the villa. The wooden deck elevates over the greenery opening on to impressive views over looking the horizon to the waves crashing into the the cliffs of the coastline as well as vast views across to the vast natural reserve. 
Each of the three wooden balcony terraces are furnished with plenty of lounge/sun seating and one has a large table for outside dining while gazing at the big blue sea.
You will also enjoy the beautiful pool (5 x 9m).
The property features a parking (10 cars).


Staff & Services

An impeccable cleaning team will be on hand to make your stay as pleasant and clean as possible, as well as various other concierge services to meet all your holiday wishes and needs.
The price includes :  a cleaning service (8 hours inside and 4h outside - Monday and Friday), a cleaning and bed changing the Wednesday and pool maintenance (every Thursday in the afternoon).


Location

The house is perched on the side of a mountain that lies in the middle of a natural reserve on the west side of the island. You will have the chance to enjoy magnificent views of the green mountains.
In addition, the location provides easy access to many nearby beaches as well as being close to the many hotspots along the southern coast of the island.
