La Masiana is a stunning 16^th century Catalan house, which has been part of the owner’s family history for many years. This eco-friendly country house has been completely restored and is made up of a set of rural buildings linked together : the main building being the original farmhouse, joined to a medieval tower, storehouses, corrals and abounding other rooms distributed within 3 floors. There is also a large garden expanse located in the old vineyard.

Room 1 - La Volta :
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed King size, 1 baby bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2 - L'Hereu :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, with bathtub with shower head. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3 - Antigua cocina :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, TV.

Room 4 - Cabaler :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, sofa.

Room 5 - Esgolfes :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace.

Room 6 - La Biga :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room, with 2 washbasins. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 7 - La Petita :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 8 - La Pubilla :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 9 - El Tigre :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 10
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom private, with jacuzzi bathtub.

Note : bedroom 10 has a double whirlpool bath and spectacular views of the Segarra.


Indoors 

Recently renovated with modern touch, the house still holds its authentic charms and historical character. With 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to accommodate up to 22 people. Inside, the guests will appreciate the pictures and photos used to decorate each room with its own unique theme, all from the internal art gallery attached to the property, meaning it truly is one of a kind and there is no property quite like it.
All the guests can enjoy their favorite indoors activities with table games such as ping pong and table football and more active guests can work out in the indoor gym. Tech fans can relax in the indoor cinema room, with an 85 inch flat screen TV and professional sound system for a real cinematic experience. There is also high speed wifi throughout the house. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine and coffee maker, and all tableware and crockery is included inside the property. The house is also equiped with Dyson air filters to ensure inside air quality.
The villa also has a hammam and the farm house has a heated indoor pool.


Outdoors 

It stands alone in Catalan countryside, away from other properties and road noise, so the guest can indulge in the gorgeous 360 views in peace. Guests can enjoy the property's beautiful garden with its more than 100 years old oak tree.
The farmhouse is eco-friendly thanks to its solar panels to produce its own energy self-sufficiently. It also collects rainwater to use it later in the rooms and there are pellets for the fireplaces.

A live-in house keeper will ensure all of the guests' needs are met.


Location 

Situated in the Catalan countryside, all the main facilities are easily accessible by car from La Masiana (20 minutes to small towns and shops).
Nature lovers can take a hike along the amazing routes nearby and discover the land of Segarra and its different castles.
