Room 3 - 28m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4 - 40m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 190 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub with shower head. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5 - 18m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 6 - 12m2 :
Room. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note : 
- Bedroom 6 : In the hallway there's a toilet. The nearest shower is in bedroom 5.
- The game room comprises 4 bunk beds and is connected with the gym where there is a shower.
- The house also comprises a staff accommodation (separate house located on the border of the property).


Indoors 

The property offers large and beautiful interiors.
You will find two kitchens, two offices, two nice living rooms, a library, a play room and six charming bedrooms with AC and TV (four of them are en-suites). 
You will also enjoy the splendid glass pergola with views over the oliveyards all the way to Barcelona. 
The house also comprises a staff accommodation.


Outdoors​ 

The property enjoys an incredible position, next to the famous Montserrat and surrounded by vineyards. 
In addition to the exceptional surroundings and magnificent views, you can enjoy the garden, terraces, the padel court and the pool (6 x 8m).
A parking for about 10 cars is also available.


Staff & Services

The hostess is living in a separate house on the same property. She'll receive you and be available through out your stay from breakfast time until 12PM and from 4PM until 7PM. 

The price includes breakfast, drink/snack in the afternoon, daily room refreshment, change of bed linen and towels every 3rd or 4th day (for stays of 6 nights and longer).
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
Everything can be adopted to your wishes and requests, so the villa can also offers the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning (must be requested in advance), the services of a sommelier, daily meals, the services of a private chef, massages, yoga classes, organization of local excursions (like wine tours, horse back riding, mountain biking and Montserrat)...


Location

This exclusive and unique staffed property is located on the south side Montserrat, with spectacular views over the olive yards.
Barcelona and the airport are only a 40 minute drive.
