Superbly decorated, the Klimpo apartment is modern and spacious, and offers its guests a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a large table for 8 people.
The living room is spacious and has a large sofa and a TV, and opens onto a terrace, with a large wooden table, ideal for outdoor lunches.

- IN SUMMER : 
The SELF-CATERED prices include welcome hamper, pre-arrival concierge, in-resort, guest relations manager.
Self-catered bookings include 5 days of housekeeping per week (with one day off for staff) and also benefit from a 24/7 driving service.

- IN WINTER :
The SELF-CATERED prices include : exclusive use of the chalet for 7 nights (unless otherwise stated), 24-hour in-resort driving service, welcome hamper, twice per week chalet cleaning, midweek towel change, comprehensive in-resort concierge service, detailed personal pre-arrival planning with an expert concierge team, Bamford Organic Bath & Body products, all local taxes.

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 CHF
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your last rental payment

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 90 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 85 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 65 Days to arrival day : 80 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
