Shopping in Ibiza

With the hippie markets that are part of the island's must-see, and the most luxurious shops, you will be delighted to stroll through the streets of Ibiza. Here is a list of the best places to go shopping during a stay on this idyllic archipelago.

Shopping in Ibiza - Ibiza

Small Shops

For seasoned shopaholics, a visit to San Antonio or Santa Eulalia will make you happy. You will find atypical boutiques, in the narrow streets near the port, where you can find original pieces that will give you perfect memories of your visit.
From June to September some shops close from 13:30 to 17:00. They close around 1am.

The Hippie Markets

The hippie markets are the definition of Ibiza, indeed it is impossible to visit the city without feeling the hippie influence that developed in the 1960s. With several markets in the four corners of the island, you are spoiled for choice. Below is a list of the most well known markets where you will easily find leather parts or emblematic feathers.

The market of Las Dalias
Carretera de Sant Carles
The hippie influence is felt today in the famous market of "Las Dalias" which guarantees a perfect day between trendy stores for the whole family, restaurants for all prices, and cosmopolitan music all in a summer atmosphere. It is impossible to get out of this place without finding a beach outfit or bohemian evening style.

The market of Punta Arabia
Avenida Punta Arabi, Es Canar
More picturesque but less known than Las Dalias, the hippie market of Punta Arabia is without a doubt a must-see place in Ibiza. The perfect place to find original gifts to bring back to your family and friends.

The market of Sant Joan
Dip Josep Ribas
Here there is a mix of a bohemian atmosphere and smart shopping. You will find hidden treasures in the heart of this hippie market. Under the false airs of Ali Baba's cave, the market of Sant Joan will make families happy because this market is smaller than the two previous ones.

Shopping Centres

If you prefer window shopping in front of the major fashion brands, head in the direction of Calle Mayor or Vara de Rey where you will find large shopping malls. You will be able to stop for lunch or enjoy a drink in one of the many bars that surround these unmistakable places.
