Dare to book the Ile d'Iris, the only private island in the Gulf of Morbihan that is home to a sumptuous villa typical of Brittany's architecture. This 12-hectare property comprises 3 independent houses including a magnificent 600 square metre stone farmhouse. The charm of the island is sublimated by its luxuriant vegetation, its wood, its meadows and its private beaches which will bring you calm and serenity but will also make the happiness of the children who will be able to have fun there without limits. Accommodating up to 20 people maximum, Villa Ile d'Iris is the ideal place for your family reunions or between friends where you can gather around the villa's garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
The interiors of the villa are tastefully decorated in a modern style with soft colours. The living spaces such as the living room, the dining room or the fully equipped kitchen will be warm places to share moments together. The 13 bedrooms divided between the main house, the old stable which has been converted into a guest house and the old mill which has also been renovated, will offer you all the necessary comfort. Some of them are composed of double beds and en-suite bathrooms and others are equipped with twin beds. You will discover a harmonious decoration between the different rooms with light colours and marine inspirations. Some of them also have small balconies overlooking the sea or direct access to the garden. Children will once again find their happiness in the 4 single beds dormitory.
The villa also offers 2 kayaks, 2 paddles and a leisure catamaran to explore the surroundings of the island.
