This part of the island has everything in regards to its beauty. You can go for a stroll while visiting Grand Bay or the unusual village of Cap Malheureux with its magnificent beach of the Cuvette, and its church with its three red roofs.
To enjoy the landscapes do not miss a visit to the botanical garden of Pamplemousses of 26 hectares, which is without any doubt one of the most beautiful places to see on the island. It must be known that its name does not come from the fruit of the same name, but from trees called "grapefruit trees" that produce a fruit similar to grapefruit.
