Mauritius, a preserved paradise

An ideal destination

Mauritius is a very interesting destination on many criteria. Ideal destination from Europe, just two to three hours of time difference, it is very easy to take the pace on the spot: no need to waste time recovering jet lag.
It is beautiful and good, no heat scorching heat up to 35°C. The winter season is from June to September, temperatures are stable around 25°C. The water is also hot, bathing is a real pleasure, and we do not take into account the pleasures of the sea when we dive and we observe the corals and tropical fish.
Many activities are put in place to make your holidays a true discovery of the island: diving, kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, bike ride or scooter, golf, hiking... the premises are absolutely charming and not invasive, you will be simply welcomed and advised. Many village markets will allow you to discover the Mauritian products in colour and flavour. The Creole heritage is everywhere, you can discover it through the visit of sugar cane plantations or enjoying a chicken dish in front of the ocean.
And to enjoy all these benefits, what's more ideal than enjoying your own villa for rent, with your feet in the water? Villanovo offers a unique selection... villas at the beachfront, mainly in the West of the island that bathes in the lagoon (Black Rocks, Flacq, Bellemare, Beauchamp, Old Grand Port...) but also in the North with Grand Baie and Pointe aux Canonniers... A few scattered treasures all around complete the collection of refined villas.

Put yourself in the Telfair garden for a picnic. Discover the Gris-Gris cliff and the Quiet Rock. Enjoy a swim in the wilderness at the Rochester Falls Waterfall. The North of the Island: a magnificent place

This part of the island has everything in regards to its beauty. You can go for a stroll while visiting Grand Bay or the unusual village of Cap Malheureux with its magnificent beach of the Cuvette, and its church with its three red roofs.

To enjoy the landscapes do not miss a visit to the botanical garden of Pamplemousses of 26 hectares, which is without any doubt one of the most beautiful places to see on the island. It must be known that its name does not come from the fruit of the same name, but from trees called "grapefruit trees" that produce a fruit similar to grapefruit.

Take advantage of the opportunities offered by this part of the island to practice water sports such as windsurfing, diving and kitesurfing.
