The Eastern region of Mauritius, which includes Roches Noires, Poste Lafayette and Ile aux Cerfs, is well-known for its exceptional sites that invite you to rest and relax. Its white sand beaches as far as the eye can see, its turquoise water and its luxurious holiday resorts plunge you into an exotic setting. The West Coast is known for its many exceptional natural sites. Visitors enjoy visiting the famous Morne Brabant, but also the National Park of the Black River Gorges, or the bay of Tamarin.

In the centre of the island, you will find three main cities called Quatre-Bornes, Curepipe and Rose Hill. Each one of them will ensure an unforgettable visit! You should definitely not miss Trou aux Cerfs, Grand Bassin, the charming colonial house Eureka, the magnificent site of Sept Cascades and the famous Tea Route.
In Curepipe, you will find boat model factories with their exceptional artisan dynamism. With the Route du Thé, you will learn more about the history of Mauritius while discovering the culture of tea. In Quatres-Bornes, you can marvel at the textile markets.

This part of the island has everything in regards to its beauty. You can go for a stroll while visiting Grand Bay or the unusual village of Cap Malheureux with its magnificent beach of the Cuvette, and its church with its three red roofs.
To enjoy the landscapes do not miss a visit to the botanical garden of Pamplemousses of 26 hectares, which is without any doubt one of the most beautiful places to see on the island. It must be known that its name does not come from the fruit of the same name, but from trees called "grapefruit trees" that produce a fruit similar to grapefruit.
Take advantage of the opportunities offered by this part of the island to practice water sports such as windsurfing, diving and kitesurfing.
