>>>Winter 2020- Where to go?
Although I have never been to Thailand, it is definitely the country I would like to go to the most and I find the most appealing for various reasons. To begin with, turquoise water is always on the top of the list of priorities when finding a holiday as I certainly enjoy relaxing by the beach and scuba diving, and Thailand is a diver’s heaven! Furthermore, Thai food is my absolute favourite, especially the green curries and appetizers, which i regularly have lunch here in the office in Barcelona. Finally, Thailand appeals to me I am super interested in interior design and architecture, especially thai ones: their big arched roofs and the interesting materials used to create homes and incredible furniture. My dream is definitely to Kayak to the famous water caves, hopefully next year!

I was fortunate enough to travel to Brazil last year with my family and I can say that it is my favourite country. First, we went to Bahia, and i had never seen anything like it: the colours, the dynamic atmosphere, the kindness of the locals, the exciting culture, there was not one negative aspect! The renowned Bahia Carnival took place while I was there and it was an incomparable experience, although it was a little crowded as it is the most popular festival in the world. What else can you ask for than exquisite natural beaches with turquoise waters, delightful climate and a sensational gastronomy? As Bahia is a seaside resort, a lot of its cuisine revolves around seafood, which is fresh and as tasty as you can expect.

My favourite all time destination is Marrakech for its distinctive architecture. Ornate geometric patterns, thousands upon thousands of intricately placed times and majestic archways: Marrakech truly is a heaven for art amateurs, i can get lost looking at it all. It is also a destination that is suitable for all kinds of travel budgets, which is a big plus for young people. What I enjoyed most when i was in Marrakech was going to the souk, in the Medina, where you can get lost in the multitude of products which are being sold: fresh spices, babush or homemade local delicacies. Finally, I went on one of the most thrilling experiences I had ever been on while in Marrakech: a buggy ride in the Sahara desert, a must-do with your family, friends, or your other half.

Mauritius is an island I recommend the most as it is my favourite holiday destination. Firstly, the setting is heavenly: the white sandy beaches, the turquoise lagoon, the delightful weather not to mention the food, Mauritius has it all! I stayed in eastern Mauritius, which has more than enough beaches to see. I recommend this part of the island as it is protected by the wind, which is ideal during the day and especially with children. The range of activities on offer in Mauritius is outstanding, from hiking up a mountain, to scuba diving where you will assist a spectacle of colourful fish and corals. For the kitesurf amateurs, I would recommend the south west of the island, which has the perfect wind to practice some surfing no matter your level!
