Indoors

The stylishly finished and fully furnished exclusive villa comprises 5 sumptuous en-suite bedrooms with ample cupboards, a fully equipped modern kitchen and generous living areas with seamless flow to the outdoor living space. Multiple glass sliding doors maximise natural light and frame the stunning views from every room.


Outdoors

An extensive terrace, with a large table for 10 people, leading to a 21mx 6m infinity pool and approx. 50 m2 pavilion are perfect for lazy summer days and family gatherings.


Staff and services

2 employees (one male and one female) are on hand from 8am to 3pm every day, 7 days a week, to clean and maintain the house. The rental also includes 1 gardener, 1 pool attendant and a change of sheets and towels once a week. Rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned daily.
Other services are available on request (extra charge): laundry and ironing, breakfast, buggy hire, etc.

Resort services : 
- On arrival you will need to open an account at Anahita reception and clear it on departure.
- Free shuttle service to Ile aux Cerfs.
- 9 restaurants: access to 6 restaurants at the Four Seasons and 3 at the Anahita Resort, with a 25% discount.
- Golf: access to the proshop (discount available)
- Padel: fee payable 
- Miniclub: from 3 months to 4 years, one nany per child. From 4 years and up to 18 years free (meals at extra cost).

The villa is walking distance from the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel and residents enjoy access to an array of world-class on-site facilities, including an Ernie Els signature golf course, a central village with a beach, double infinity pool, restaurants, boutiques, water sports, gym, spa and kid’s club and private Beach Club on Ice aux Cerfs.

Beach
Anahita Resort's beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun, with breathtaking ocean views bordered by an offshore coral reef. Take advantage of the beach service offering hot and cold refreshments and light snacks throughout the day. Anahita Beach on Ile aux Cerfs is just a short boat ride from Anahita Golf & Spa Resort. This beautiful island reveals its spectacular scenery in an idyllic natural setting. A short and exciting electric cart ride through a tropical garden of endemic plants takes you to the exclusive beach, bordered by a crystal-clear lagoon.

Golf
With two 18-hole championship golf courses, Anahita Golf & Spa Resort offers the ultimate golfing experience. When booking with us, you receive 1 complimentary green fee and 55 practice balls per person per night on Anahita or Île aux Cerfs Golf. A golf cart is available at an additional cost and is compulsory all year round except from May to September.

Spa
For its spa, Anahita has partnered with French brand THÉMAÉ, using tea-based treatments and products. The name THÉMAÉ means ‘Japanese tea ceremony’ and is also known as the ‘path of tea’. The spa includes a reception with textured bar and tea veranda, 9 treatment rooms including 1 double room with private garden area, indoor and outdoor showers, women's changing rooms with steam room, men's changing rooms with steam room and manicure and pedicure room.

Kids Club

The Space Kids Club welcomes children aged 8 months to 13 years every day from 08:30 to 20:00.Access to the club is free for children aged 4 to 13 (meals not included). Space is a 230 m2 paradise for youngsters, their domain for meeting new friends and developing new skills.The club is run by qualified nannies with recognised childcare qualifications and adheres to strict safety guidelines.Activities include kayaking, tennis sessions, trips to Ile aux Cerfs, snorkelling, a glass-bottom boat trip...

Teens Club
There is a dynamic and fun activity club for 13 to 18 year-olds at Anahita.The Escape Club is exclusively for teenagers. The daily programme includes a wide range of outdoor activities from snorkelling, waterskiing and kayaking to friendly tennis matches, frisbee tournaments and trips to Ile aux Cerfs.Indoor games and table tennis are also available.
