This newly built contemporary beach villa features a private swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen.
The building is in basalt stone, wood (oak) and straw (straw cane sugar).

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Indoors
The villa features three bedrooms, a mezzanine corner with Smart TV and 2 sofa beds where 2 children will be able to sleep (bed size 80cm x 190cm), two 32 inch LCD flat screen satellite TVs (1 on the mezzanine corner, the other in the A/C master bedroom upstairs). A lovely and bright living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen (plan your capsules for the Nespresso machine)
Outdoors
There is a 3m x 6m swimming pool with wide balao deck and direct access to the beach. Pool can be secured upon request. You can enjoy your meals outside thanks to the 3 lounges, 3 dining areas (front and back covered terraces and interior dining area) and tables with 8 seats.
For the night, the villa features an ambient lighting, controlled by professional 'dimming system' by Dynalite.
Staff & Services
- 1 maid Monday to Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00
- On Sunday and holidays, one maid from 09:00 to 12:00.
- Extra maid hours on request: 3 euros/hour + taxi (after 18:00).
- Overtime household: during the week (Monday to Saturday): Rs 150/hr or 4 €/hour from 15:00 to 18:00 --- Rs 300/hour or 8 €/hour from 18:00.
Sunday and Holidays: Rs 300/hour or 8 €/hour from 15:00
- The maid can prepare delicious Creole meals.
