There are two terraces, one with sea view and the second back with dining table for 10 and seating area

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager

- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 14:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Beachfront location, well organised living space

The villa was not equipped with a stock of toilet paper or dishwasher capsules. I would expect better stock of such items especially that the nearest well equipped market is 20 minutes drive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa localisé au bord de la mer, avec un accès directe à la plage. La disposition, l'équipement, entretien dans cette villa sont impeccables. Une très agréable villa à vivre, vaste, chaleureuse, confortable et propice à la détente, avec une circulation d'air très agréable qui rend la clim presque inutile. La plage devant la maison offre une possibilité de snorkeling intéressant, elle est peu fréquentée en forme d'une crique donc inaccessible pour les bateaux à moteur (très important pour une baignade calme et agréable). Village de Trou d'Eau Douce est accessible à pieds par la plage. Un grand merci à Milène pour le maintien de la propreté de la maison et sa discrétion
Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

This was our 5th Christmas holiday in Mauritius. It was also the best experience regarding the standard fo the villa and the location on the beach. In addition the short distance to several nice restaurants, exciting snorkeling spots and beautiful view over the horizon, sums up to number one Mauritius holiday of the five.
Mauritius is changing, more holiday resorts and villas are built. We hope however that locations like villa Antares do not change too much. Then we will be back. Thank you!

We are so privileged you offered us this lovely beach home complete with private beach access in this island paradise! Our holiday was most enjoyable with rest en relaxation and together with your contacts here we were able to visit many historical places of interest including Ile aux Cerfs. Merci beaucoup!
