Service and staff

A welcome pack is provided.
The villa is ideal for 8 persons. Max 9 persons.
For a 10th person add 25 € per person and per day even if babies.
Arrival meal can be provided, around 8€ per person, per meal.


Location

The closest swimmable beach will be Palmar beach (15 min drive) and then you can definitely go swimming by the jetty-enbankment (this is not a mooring)


Note 
- Wi-Fi connection: the connectivity can be loose due to overcast weather.
There is no internet connection outside the house and under the gazebo/pool house. 
- The villa is not responsible for the meteo and Mother Nature's possible bad weather. Therefore, in case of bad weather during the stay (cyclone, force majeure, rain, etc.), no refund will be made.
- To ensure the peace and quiet of the property and neighbours is respected, weddings, firecrackers and fireworks are strictly prohibited due to the presence of thatched roofs.
- We recommend that guests activate the alarm when they leave the villa.
