- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

L'hôte était très gentil, aimable et accommodant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec une nourriture délicieuse. Merci !

Le riad est superbe : décoration, prestations, emplacement. Tous les points d'intérêt sont accessibles à pied. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme. Mention spéciale pour le manager toujours disponible et la cuisinière pour son excellente cuisine. Les petits déjeuners (inclus) sont juste incroyables. Je recommande vivement.

La maison est très agréable, chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de bain, (le lit était vraiment confortable).
L'équipe du riad s'est occupée de chaque détail. Le petit déjeuner avec gâteau fait maison tous les jours, une salade de fruits et des crêpes...
