In addition to the main house (6 bedrooms), a small detached cottage on the property (with 1 bedroom) is available to rent.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, wellness retreats and intimate events, this property offers a harmonious base from which to explore the Agafay Desert, the Atlas Mountains and a range of outdoor activities.

This property can be rented as a 6-bedroom property (main house only) or as a 7-bedroom property (main house + detached cottage).

Indoors 

The living spaces are designed to let light flood in and encourage shared moments. Several sitting rooms are perfect for conversation, reading in the cool of the evening, family games or cosy evenings by the fireplace as the evenings grow cooler. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for both impromptu meals and more elaborate dinners; natural materials and clean lines give it a timeless feel. The whole property exudes understated luxury: flowing spaces, a soft colour palette, a focus on craftsmanship and modern comforts (fireplaces, storage, quiet areas). For a wellness retreat, there are cosy nooks perfect for gentle yoga, meditation or a moment to catch your breath between excursions.

• Main house: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, fitted kitchen, various living areas.
• Detached cottage: one bedroom/living room (the bed folds away during the day), one bathroom, a kitchenette, a furnished terrace and a small private swimming pool. 

Outdoors 

Right on the doorstep, a one-hectare garden offers fresh air, space and privacy, with no immediate neighbours. The large swimming pool (16 x 7m – depth: 1.35m) sets the tone for sunny days: swimming, naps by the water’s edge, and family time on the terraces. Several outdoor seating areas and relaxation spots are dotted around the garden, allowing you to alternate between social moments and more private retreats. Whether in the shade of a pergola or with sweeping views, al fresco dining takes on a delightfully simple charm: bright, airy breakfasts, relaxed lunches and long evenings under a starry sky.
The cottage, meanwhile, has its own terrace and its own small swimming pool.
The property’s parking can accommodate up to 4 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa’s team does everything possible to ensure your comfort (staff live on site, in a separate annex). A caretaker is on hand and can assist with small day-to-day needs.
Additional services can also be arranged on request: transfers, shopping, massages, yoga classes.

For your meals, the following catering options are available:

• Breakfast: from €8 per person per meal.
   
• "À la carte" option: You don’t need to worry about shopping for ingredients – the villa takes care of that:
  • Lunch: from €20 per person per meal,
  • Dinner: from €20 per person per meal.
  • 50% off for children under 10 and free for those under 3.
     
• "En liberté" option: You pay for the groceries (plus a €20 supplement for the trip). The staff at the house will then do the shopping and cook using the ingredients purchased. On top of this, there is a charge for the cook’s services: €30 per day.

Location

Set in the heart of the Tamesloht countryside, the house enjoys a peaceful, natural setting, whilst remaining easily accessible from Marrakech. There are plenty of day trips within easy reach: the rocky landscapes of the Agafay Desert, the tracks and villages of the Atlas foothills, quad bike rides and camel treks at sunset. Returning at the end of the day, you’ll find the coolness of the garden and the tranquillity of an unspoilt setting – close enough to the city to enjoy it, yet far enough away to truly unwind.
