The property is laid out over three levels, each with breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Modern furnishings and a designer touch set this property apart from the rest.

The entrance opens onto the middle level, which offers a large space dedicated to entertaining, sofas, a large gas fireplace and a glass table that can seat 8 guests. Large sliding glass doors open onto a beautiful terrace.

All rooms are sea-facing, beautifully furnished and have their own en-suite bathroom. Five of the six rooms have air conditioning. All rooms have plasma TV, double beds and large wardrobes.

The upper level of the property is accessed via the secure double garage. Two of the six bedrooms are on this level, each with ocean views and lovely furnishings.

One of the six bedrooms is on the middle level and has stunning sea views.

The lower level has three further bedrooms, each with access to the entertainment area on the ground floor. An additional bar area, opening onto the pool on the terrace, has a 42-inch plasma-screen satellite TV and is the perfect place for sunbathing on comfortable sun loungers.

Villa Kagiso is located a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay, shops, boutiques and restaurants, and just 10 minutes from Cape Town city centre and the V & A Waterfront.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Reservation conditions

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
