Indoors

The soul of the estate lies in its interior spaces, designed to combine conviviality, intimacy and surprise. As soon as you enter, you're struck by the richness of the materials: exotic woods, natural stone, wall art, handmade furniture, large sofas where you can snuggle up after an intense day. Everywhere, WiFi connection, a quality sound system, air conditioning and a selection of games and books complete the experience of absolute comfort.

Villa Underground:
The vast, open-plan living room, bathed in light and open to the ocean, is the perfect setting for large gatherings and moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped. But the main attraction is the incredible 90m2 basement: soundproofed, it can be transformed at will into a cinema (4K projector, Apple TV, Playstation 5), concert hall or recording studio (DJ turntables, piano, microphones, drums, guitars) and even a private cocktail bar.
You'll also find 2 rooms: Platinum Room and Golden Room.

Villa Rabbithole:
Adjoining two light-filled bedrooms, this villa houses a games room worthy of the best clubs: billiards, pinball, ping-pong, vintage board games, private bar and powerful sound system. The atmosphere is that of a speakeasy, the perfect place for lively tournaments or a quiet game of chess.
This villa has two bedrooms. An office area allows you to combine serenity and productivity.

Villa Eywa:
Here, the interior gently fades into the background, thanks to an immense living room opening onto an interior garden, a private pool and a waterfall. The glass floor magnifies the light, giving the impression of floating. The furnishings, a blend of traditional and modern, create a refined sense of warm abandon.
You'll also find 2 bedrooms: Ice Room and Fire Room.

Treehouse & Pond House:
The high Treehouse exudes a bohemian atmosphere with its fully-equipped kitchen, large dining area, hammock and cushion-covered mezzanine. At the Pond House, the emphasis is on zenitude, in constant dialogue with the water and the garden, for sublime meditative pauses or cheerful readings in the sun.Each has its own bedroom.


Outdoors

The estate reveals all its splendor through its outdoor spaces, veritable invitations to a Balinese sensory immersion.
In the morning, savor a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise from your private deck, the breeze laden with sea spray. The two main pools, one of which features a 5-metre diving board perched in a bamboo nest, are a delight for thrill-seekers and early morning swimmers alike. Sun loungers, Balinese beds and shady corners in the heart of lush tropical gardens invite you to let go, lulled by birdsong.
The private beach, directly accessible from the estate and bathed in golden light, remains the hidden jewel of the property: kayaking, stand-up paddling, swimming or simply lazing about the day. Sports enthusiasts can make the most of the Jungle Gym, a vast open-air fitness area built from local materials, or take advantage of the walking trails around the estate. After an effort, head for the biohacking spa: an ice bath or infrared sauna invigorate body and mind.
The property also boasts an organic vegetable garden where aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables are grown - which also make up the restaurant's menus.
