Villa Tirtha Bayu I and Villa Tirtha Bayu II can be hired together: the two villas, connected by a Balinese stone-carved door, form an 11-bedroom holiday rental with two swimming pools, offering a dream setting for a tropical wedding.

The villa’s interiors strike a balance between modernity and traditional local touches. The open-plan living areas are air-conditioned and feature spacious lounges with Chesterfield sofas, ideal for relaxing or socialising around the billiard table or grand piano. An elegant dining room with a table seating ten guests is perfect for convivial meals, prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are bathed in light thanks to large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the swimming pool. For film enthusiasts, a home cinema equipped with a 75-inch screen offers an immersive experience. A gym allows you to stay in shape even whilst on holiday. The six bedrooms feature spa-style bathrooms, with two master suites opening onto terraces offering breathtaking views


Outdoors 

The villa blends seamlessly into its natural surroundings, featuring a 14-metre infinity pool set amidst lush tropical gardens. Sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax under the Balinese sun. A shaded veranda provides a space for al fresco dining and relaxation, whilst a picturesque garden pavilion and a fish pond add a touch of serenity. The vast terraced lawns are ideal for hosting events such as weddings. The rooftop terrace also offers a space for quiet moments whilst admiring the sunsets over the sea. The soothing sound of water fountains and birdsong complete this peaceful atmosphere.


Staff & Services

The villa offers a dedicated team of staff at your service: a villa manager, a private chef, a kitchen assistant, a night security guard, a gardener and a pool maintenance technician.

Additional staff, such as babysitters and masseuses, are available on request (extra costs).

A private chef is skilled in preparing Indonesian, Western, Asian and vegetarian cuisine on request, including special dietary requirements and children’s meals. The cost of groceries is charged plus a 20% handling fee, subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

If you are travelling with young children, a high chair, a cot and children’s cutlery/plates are provided; other equipment can be hired at an additional cost.

The villa offers a selection of treatments from a comprehensive spa menu, performed by professional beauticians (at an additional cost) at a location of your choice within the villa and gardens.

Location

Located on Cemagi Beach in Seseh-Tanah Lot, the villa offers direct access to a semi-rural setting that embodies the authenticity of Balinese life. Although the black sand beach is best explored at low tide but is not safe for swimming. A walk along the adjacent cliffs leads to a small seaside temple, offering spectacular views, particularly at sunset.

Just nine kilometres from Canggu and its lively Echo Beach, the villa allows you to enjoy tranquillity whilst remaining close to modern attractions. Nearby local warungs offer a taste of local cuisine with views of cultural sites such as Pura Gede Luhur Batu Ngaus, providing a peaceful alternative to Tanah Lot.
