Room 3
Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 4
Room, At apartment level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.


Indoors

With a beautiful view on the sea, the main living area has a large dining table, sofas and a fully-equipped open kitchen.


Outdoors

As soon as you go through the entrance you will be surrounded by a beautiful garden, a real peaceful haven that also features a swimming pool and a traditional Thaï Sala with a lounge area. 


Location

While being very quiet, the villa is still a few minutes walk from the main road with several restaurants, bars and shops in a family-friendly atmosphere.
On Thursday night, discover Maenam’s Walking Street market where you find delicious local food, artwork, home-made crafts and top quality souvenirs.
You can also visit the Chinese Temple, especially on the Chinese New Year when an exciting traditional Dragon Show takes place.
Located in the green hills of Maenam with a wonderful view over the ocean, Santiburi PGA Golf Club is ideal for those who enjoy golf or tennis.

A personal villa manager, chef and maid will assist you to make sure you have a memorable stay.


The F&B service at the Villa,

1. Ordering from our In-Villa menu. Both Continental & Cooked breakfasts are complimentary, with regard to Snacks, Lunch & Dinners, we have a very detailed In-Villa Dining menu.
An In-house Chef is included when you are ordering from the menu. We prepare the majority of the meals in your villa kitchen. Additionally, if you request other items not on the menu our Chefs would be happy to source them for you and price the items relatively the same as the In-Villa dining menu.

2. Hire a Private Chef Service is chargeable at USD100++ per meal (Lunch Or Dinner), and the cost of the groceries + 20% Service+7% VAT, (this an optional service for our guest who has a large number of people)

Note: one chef is available for 10– 13 guests maximum. If there are more people, then the second chef would be required at an additional charge.
