Situated in the centre of the village of Mirca, right on the beach, Villa Nilia features a spacious modern interior and beautiful seaside terrace with the shade of oleander trees and pergola as well as a large swimming pool and billiard table for relaxation and fun on your holidays!

The villa can accommodate 14-17 persons in 6 double bedrooms and one twin room.


Indoors

On the ground floor is a big living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym with some devices for workouts and a pool table for fun and one large double bedroom with additional sofa and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with 6 more double bedrooms.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share one bathroom and all other bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies with fabulous views of the sea and sunsets and another bedroom has a nice big terrace with garden view. All bedrooms are individually designed so each guest could find a match for themselves! In 3 of the bedrooms are additional single sofa beds, so the villa can accommodate up to 17 persons in bedrooms and nobody will sleep in the living room.


Outdoors

The terrace and 28 m2 swimming pool are positioned only a few metres from the sea! On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola and oleanders, and a number of deck chairs around the swimming pool. In the back yard is another roofed patio and a big grill. Villa Nilia has parking places for 3-4 cars and a high level of equipment and services available to the guests.


Staff & Services

The price includes : Villa manager, pool maintenance, pool heating May-September, basic daily housekeeping upon request, baby cot & highchair, change of bedlinen twice a week, change of towels every day, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking.


Location

The nearest restaurant is only 50 metres from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within a 10 minute drive.
