In summary

The town is situated on an island, that five hundred years ago, the inhabitants connected to the mainland (primostiti) to get to their fields and from which the town received its name. Surrounded by seven small islands, Primosten is a gift of nature that leaves no one unimpressed. What an ungenerous nature has not given, the hard-working people have created to make Primosten one of the most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Stone houses, churches and narrow lanes are a perfect combination of the past and the present.

From a former fishing village the town has developed into the touristic paradise of this part of the Adriatic.
The charm that this small town exudes is difficult to resist. An enclosed residential complex of nine beautiful homes is located in its immediate vicinity.


Indoors and outdoors

Each of the seven villas are separate and have a garage for two automobiles, two bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace, a kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a terrace.
It also has a swimming pool that is located partly within the facility itself and partly outside of it.
Extra features next to the pool that the guests may choose include a sauna, a fitness area or an area for fun and socialising.
The villas have an usable space of about 370 square metres.
The two upper villas are designed in a way that one has three and the other has four apartments.
The lower apartments in these villas have two floors and an area of about 100 square metres.
The apartment on the highest level of one of the villas has about 100 square metres, while the other villas have two apartments of about 55 square metres each.

The view from each part of the facility, but especially from the living rooms and bedrooms, looks onto the beautiful bay with a peninsula on the right, a small island in the centre, and an unobstructed view of the sea on the left will not leave people unmoved.
