Room 4 - Camomille :
Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also living area, fan, closet.
Room 5 - Dortoir (20m2) :
Children bedroom, 1st floor. The bedroom has 5 Beds including 2 bunk beds 90 cm, 1 Bench seat 90 cm, 1 mattress on the floor 90 cm, 1 mattress on the floor 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, fan, closet.
Notes :
- Baby cotsor additional single beds can be provided on request.
- Bedrooms Marjolaine and Romarin share a bathroom.
- The Camomille and Verveine Citronnée bedrooms share another bathroom.
- The dormitory (for teenagers/children) has 1 comfortable 160 cm double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed and 1 extra bed. The room also includes a separate games room with children's games, books and TV with Wi-Fi access.
Indoors
Perfectly restored, the house perfectly combines charm and comfort. Spread over 3 levels, it has pleasant interiors.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room (with a large table) communicating with a lounge, as well as a second TV/reading room. This level also has a guest toilet with hand wash.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory (for 6 children/teenagers). There is also a family dressing room on the 1st floor, a children's/teenagers' playroom on the 2nd floor (with TV and wifi access) and a video room with a large 217cm (86" - 4K UHD) screen and home cinema.
Outdoors
You will be charmed by the century-old, sunny park of 7000 m2, offering a variety of species, peace, calm and a bucolic atmosphere.
You will appreciate the mirror pool heated to 29° (10 x 4m - Depth from 1,20 to 1,50 m - open in season). Located at 10m from the house, the pool is perfectly visible from the house and it is protected by a motorized solar curtain. For your comfort, its surroundings offer a pleasant lounge area (with armchairs and coffee table). Note that the swimming pool and summer kitchen will be open from 1 July 2023.
In a Mediterranean atmosphere, you can enjoy a sheltered and equipped summer kitchen (with sink, dishwasher, barbecue, dishes) and the terrace that can accommodate 12 adults.
In addition to all this, bicycles are available (8 adults and 3 children's bicycles).
Staff & Services
One person, who is staying nearby (500 m), is available for check-in, check-out and cleaning.
The price includes the final cleaning, bathroom articles, as well as the maintenance of the garden and the pool.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as cleaning service, breakfast, half board, full board, shopping delivery, car service with or without driver, pre-stocking of the villa, baby-sitting...
Location
The villa is located in Grand-Fougeray, halfway between Rennes (30mn) and Nantes (40 mn). The village is served by a train station less than 10 km away.
In the village, you have all the amenities and it is possible to get around on foot or by bike (bakeries, butcher's, supermarket, restaurants and wine bar). There are also tennis courts, a pump track, a skate park and a park with a fitness trail and a children's playground.
The surrounding area is rich in activities: walking or cycling along the towpath, canoeing or renting river boats, discovering the surrounding villages, organising excursions (to the ocean, the châteaux of the Loire or Paris).
You will be at :
- 30 mn from la Gacilly (village of craftsmen, Yves Rocher museum, eco-hotel spa),
- 1 hour from Vannes,
- 1h15 from La Baule-Escoublac and Saint-Malo,
- 2h from Paris.
