Bright, fully air-conditioned living room of 150 m2 with an exceptional view of the sea and the 2 interior gardens. This place includes:
- A dining area for 12 people (swimming pool)
- A TV area (fireplace) with large 203 cm TV screen, Canal + / Canalsat, PS3, Blu Ray DVD, WII + games.
- A large space with a living room, a small office space, and a space for a professional Breton billiard table.


Outdoors

The summer kitchen outside is fully equipped: 2 dining tables with 12 chairs, 6-burner induction hob, ice maker, 90 cm oven and microwave oven, wine cellar, washing machine crockery, 2 refrigerators, gas barbecue, several coffeemakers as you wish (nespresso, senseo, filter, dolce gusto), citrus press, toaster, food processors and kitchen utensils; covered terrace & 177 cm TV with CANAL + / CANALSAT and superb solarium above.
A relaxation area offers a day bed on the overhanging overhang of the terrace.

The 70 m2 infinity pool is heated and secure with an original shape including an ideal part for young children. It has a lighting system and a Beethoven safety net system. Magnificent sea view. Outdoor lounges and deckchairs allow you to relax in front of a lovely sea view.

A heated and covered spa for 5 - 6 people is located on the upper terrace with superb views of the swimming pool and the Gulf of Pinarellu.

For golf lovers, a putting green with a pitching green section is also installed outside.

This vast bay covered with pine trees and fine sand has very shallow waters. It is a true paradise for young children
