Note : "La Grande Maison" (the large house) has a seventh bedroom (the owner's one) that is not accessible.
Indoors
This superb property, which was completely renovated in 2022, offers magnificent interiors.
In the large house, you will find 6 beautiful bedrooms, a large bright living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for large groups. The house also has a lounge area on the ground floor (with television, board games and comic books) and a separate guest toilet.
The small house has three bedrooms and a pleasant living area (with sitting area, dining table and small kitchen).
All bedrooms and communal areas of the property are air-conditioned.
Outdoors
The property, accessible via a driveway, enjoys a quiet secluded setting.
You can enjoy the benefits of the outdoors at your leisure, thanks to the magnificent two-hectare garden.
Each of the property's two houses has its own heated swimming pool (x(pool of the main house: 5 x 12m - pool of the small house: approximately 3 x 10m), comfortably furnished with sun loungers and parasols. These are equipped with an anti-drowning alarm (but are not fenced).
You can also enjoy a dining table under the olive trees, plenty of shade, a hammock, and the property's charming terraces (with dining and lounge areas).
Staff & Services
The price includes pool heating, garden and pool maintenance, as well as baby equipment (high chair and cot).
The price does not include compulsory cleaning at the end of your stay.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as boat rental (new semi-rigid boat for a legal capacity of 20 people with compulsory skipper - separate deposit of 5,000 euros required).
Location
The property enjoys an incredible location, in the middle of the Patrimonio vineyards.
It is reached by a track (which is passable, but it is best to avoid low-slung cars).
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities: all kinds of water sports and beach activities, (electric) bike rides, hiking, wine tasting, sea fishing, sailing school in Saint Florent, paragliding, horse riding in the mountains or on the beach, diving, etc.
