Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 1.87 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 1 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Simplement magique ! Nous avons passé une semaine en famille inoubliable dans ce magnifique mas :
les chambres sont belles, apaisantes et chaleureuses et l'immense piece commune est parfaitement adaptée aux grandes tablées et à la préparation des repas. Depuis le mas, la vue panoramique sur le marais, avec les flamands roses, les hérons et les écureuils est totalement addictive.
Dehors, c'est la magie de la nature, la découverte des différents salons de jardin et l'incroyable charme de la cabane sur le marais. L'envie de revenir est déjà là !

Amoureuse des ces terres d'eau depuis ma plus tendre enfance, je n'ai de cesse de retourner en Camargue, année après année. Là, entre mer et marais, je retrouve l'énergie autant que la paix intérieure.
Après avoir sillonné cette région et nombre de ces lieux d'accueil, le Mas du Couvin m'attendait cet automne. Un lieu dont on dit qu'il est une plongée en pleine Camargue. Sur la route de Cacharel qui est en soi une invite à l'évasion, cette maison incroyablement conçue m'a plus qu'enchantée. Sa chambre flamant avec terrasse privative ouverte sur le marais est sans doute le clou du spectacle et ce dernier
matin, y observer des flamants roses venus l'investir était une joie inespérée. L'accueil
participe pleinement de ce temps de repos, entre échanges chaleureux et service efficace. Ultimes moments de détente et de ressourcement entre piscine fraiche mais revigorante, et son espace paysager qui respire la Provence, petit cabanon de Robinson avec hamac pur bonheur. Assurément, nous y reviendrons. Merci pour ce bijou !

Rare que je sois aussi dithyrambique. Mais tout ici est magnifique ! L’environnement est exceptionnel au cœur de la Camargue !
La maison a été rénovée avec énormément de goût. Tout est beau. Simple. Authentique. Mettant les matériaux et les couleurs à l’honneur. Architecture abordable (et c’est un compliment au sens où la maison est devenue la nôtre en quelques minutes... !!!), particulièrement bien pensée.
Et l’accueil est pro et très sympathique. De bonnes idées. Des attentions, notamment le
départ tardif très pratique aujourd’hui.
Bref l’envie d’y rester. Tout du moins d’y revenir très vite. Bravo à toute l’équipe !!!
