Indoors 

The house offers beautifully bright interiors with tasteful decor. Everything has been designed to guarantee a high level of comfort. The different floors are served by a lift.
The living and dining room form a single open-plan space leading onto a very well-equipped American-style kitchen, arranged around a fireplace and a smart TV, with Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other three are upstairs.
For your comfort and wellbeing, the house also offers a gym and a sauna.
Finally, you'll find a laundry room for guests' free use (washing machine, tumble dryer).


Outdoors 

The property enjoys sea and mountain views, with no close overlook.
The grounds are organised into several terraces around the house: a lounge area, an outdoor dining space and a summer kitchen with an outdoor bar, plancha and gas barbecue.
You can enjoy a very pleasant heated pool* with a sea view (12 x 5m – depth: 1.10m to 1.70m) and a pool house. For your comfort, sun loungers line both the poolside and the terraces.
For your entertainment, the garden offers a pétanque court, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, a table-tennis table, and paddleboard and snorkelling equipment.
Parking comprises 4 (uncovered) spaces, and an electric vehicle charging point is available (cable not provided).

Location

The villa is located in Hyères, in the Var, between the town and the Giens peninsula. The town centre, with its harbour from which boats depart for the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant), is around 2.5 km away, roughly a ten-minute drive. The nearest beach, including the Almanarre beach, is around 3 km away. Toulon-Hyères airport is 3.5 km away. Neither the beach nor the town centre is within walking distance.
