Indoors 

The villa is spread over several levels and offers generous, welcoming living spaces designed for sharing and relaxation.
On the ground floor, a large open-plan kitchen with dining area opens directly onto the terrace. This central space is complemented by a spacious and bright living room as well as a billiards room, offering different living areas suited to both group gatherings and quieter moments.
On the garden level, a large area dedicated to gentle practices invites relaxation and well-being. Opening onto the lower terrace and the swimming pool, it also includes a hammam, toilets, and a wine cellar.
Throughout the interiors, natural light, open volumes, and seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces are prioritised.


Outdoors 

The villa’s outdoor areas are designed as a series of living spaces immersed in nature, opening out toward the sea. A heated swimming pool (4.5 x 5 m) blends harmoniously into a sun-drenched terrace surrounded by relaxation areas. A Mediterranean garden structures the property and enhances its peaceful atmosphere. Several terrace levels allow guests to fully enjoy the surroundings: a large main terrace, a lower terrace dedicated to yoga or relaxation, and an elevated viewpoint offering open panoramic views.
The villa entrance includes parking space for 3 to 4 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the presence of a live-in caretaker located in a dedicated house with independent access. Present 24/7, he prepares breakfast, sets up the welcome basket, and remains available for any assistance during your stay.


Location

The villa enjoys a prime location in Hyères, in the Var region, close to beaches, water activities, seaside restaurants, and beach bars. It allows guests to fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The town centre and port are quickly accessible by car while still offering a calm and preserved environment.
