The chalet, boasting a 510 m² space over two levels, combines elegance and modern comfort. The living area includes a spacious lounge with a majestic fireplace and an open dining room for unforgettable convivial moments. A private cinema and wine cellar complement this relaxing space, along with a complete spa area featuring an indoor jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, and massage room.


Outdoors 

The large outdoor terrace invites relaxation facing the Mont-Blanc massif, while the heated infinity pool (summer) and outdoor hot tub promise pure bliss. The garden, surrounded by forests, offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, ideal for rejuvenation after a day of exploration. You also have 3 parking spaces available.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff :
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 10% Of rental amount
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 56 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 29 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Plus qu'une location de chalet, c'est en vérité votre propre hôtel privé. Nous avons été ébahis par la maison, le service, et le lieu. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, n'importe quel mois de l'année. Je recommande vivement l'option avec traiteur. La nourriture a été fantastique, et les vins de la maison étaient impeccables. Hâte de revenir!
