Nestled in the heart of the traditional village of Argentière, just 150 metres from the Chosalets slopes and close to the Grands Montets gondola, Chalet Gaia is a semi-detached chalet with a modern decor. It is a perfect property for a great mountain holiday!

Indoors & Outdoors​ 

You will find a perfect balance between the mountain style thanks to the presence of wood and the contemporary architecture. The windows of the chalet offer a beautiful luminosity to the various rooms.
Spacious and warm, it can comfortably accommodate 8 people with its four en-suite bedrooms, its large open-plan living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and fireplace. You will appreciate this real place of conviviality and exchange where you can meet after a beautiful day on the slopes. 
The chalet also includes numerous facilities such as a private sauna, a ski room with boot dryer and a garage.

The price includes welcome at the agency, bathroom products and final cleaning (excluding kitchen).

Located between the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and Mont Blanc, at the crossroads of Switzerland and Italy, the Chamonix valley has 14,000 inhabitants in the off-season and over 80,000 tourist beds.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
