In summary

Located in the village of Montriond, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, this modern flat is ideal for a mountain getaway. With quick access to the slopes by shuttle bus, and remarkable views of the Alpine peaks from its two balconies, it offers the perfect setting for a retreat with family or friends. The three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the kitchen opening onto the living room create a convivial space. 


Bedrooms

  • The first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and an en suite bathroom with shower, small bath and WC.
  • The second bedroom also has a double bed (160×200) and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.
  • The third bedroom has two bunk beds (2x80x200 and 2x90x200) and a private bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small balcony.


Indoors

This flat, located on the 3rd floor of a residence with lift, can accommodate up to 8 people. The open-plan living area includes a functional kitchen, which blends harmoniously with the dining room and living room, which have large windows offering beautiful views of the mountains. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-decorated, each with an en suite bathroom.

There is also a washing machine for added convenience, and cots and high chairs are available on request.


Outdoors

Enjoy two pleasant balconies where you can relax and admire the Alpine scenery. The flat has one covered and one uncovered parking space for your convenience.


Location

Montriond is ideally situated in the vast Portes du Soleil ski area, offering access to 12 Franco-Swiss resorts and their numerous slopes. Awarded the ‘Famille Plus’ label, the region offers activities for all ages. In summer, explore the hiking trails, go mountain biking or discover other activities such as climbing and rafting. With the Multipass, you can take advantage of special rates on a range of activities to help you discover the region.

- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 168 Days to arrival day : 10 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 70 Days to arrival day : 25 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
