The house boasts a spacious, light-filled interior of 500 m², carefully designed for optimum comfort. The living areas, such as the lounge and dining room, are tastefully decorated, combining elegance and practicality. The perfectly chosen decorative elements create a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
The living room is equipped with a home cinema with cinema screen, allowing family and guests to enjoy special moments. Leisure equipment such as a Bluetooth speaker and a Canal+ subscription are also available.
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a thermomix.
The house has 3 bathrooms and four bedrooms, including two suites.


Outdoors 

The outside of the house is a haven of peace. With uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, the garden is planted with trees and offers a sense of tranquillity and privacy. The surrounding pine forest creates a shady atmosphere in which to relax.
You can take advantage of the large 14 x 5 m swimming pool to cool off on sunny days or relax on the sun loungers provided.
