Indoors 

The interiors, designed by the Hauvette & Madani practice, combine Provençal references with a contemporary design, with careful attention to materials, colours and furnishings.
The living and dining areas extend into a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen. A bar and a bookcase complete the main living space.
The six bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a private bathroom. Two of them, measuring 36 m² and 34 m², are located on the first and second floors of the main house. The other four are in an annexe, a separate building.
The house also has a TV lounge, a gym equipped with a Reformer, a sauna and a cold plunge.


Outdoors 

The garden has been designed as a true extension of the house, allowing a natural flow between indoors and outdoors throughout the day.
The outdoor swimming pool (6 x 2.5 m, depth: 1.5 m) is surrounded by sun loungers. A pool house is located nearby.
For outdoor dining, the property has a summer kitchen with a bar and a gas barbecue. The house also offers a pétanque court, a children's play area and an electric adult (cargo) bike.
Two covered parking spaces are available, as well as an electric vehicle charging point.
