Indoors
The interior of the villa captivates with its brightness, generous proportions and seamless flow between spaces. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace through large floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting you to enjoy the light and the ever-changing views. Several living areas – the main lounge, home cinema, dining room and large central kitchen island – coexist harmoniously. The fittings are of the highest quality: a Smart TV, Netflix, a modern kitchen, a gym, a laundry room, designer furniture and local artwork create a setting that is understated, luxurious and welcoming.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas are a true haven of peace: a Mediterranean garden covering over 6,000 m², a swimming pool (16 x 4 m – depth: 1.5 m) overlooking the valley, a hot tub, numerous terraces to enjoy every moment of the day, barbecue areas, a table tennis table and a wellness area. All of this blends harmoniously into the unspoilt natural surroundings, punctuated by the song of the cicadas, the scent of herbs and the timeless beauty of the Côte d’Azur landscape.

Location
The property enjoys a prime location just a few minutes’ walk or drive from the flower-lined streets and restaurants of Cabris, a typical Provençal village perched on the hillside with magnificent views. Less than ten minutes away, Grasse offers its perfumeries, markets and historic streets, whilst Cannes, the beaches of the Côte d’Azur, Valbonne and Mougins are all within easy reach for cultural or social outings. Golf, tennis and water sports are right on your doorstep, as are walks through breathtaking landscapes.
