The Château de Lusannes is located on a private property of over 55 hectares. Access to the castle is via a beautiful 400-meter alley lined with plane trees. It is located in the Lubéron Regional Park, near the most beautiful listed villages in the region. It offers a superb protected environment in the heart of a countryside sculpted by vineyards and wooded hills.

It is a property of character, unique and exceptional which is hidden in the heart of a park and its vineyard, in one of the most beautiful sites of the Lubéron. The property enjoys breathtaking views of the Luberon and the neighboring villages. The castle as well as the whole property have been completely restored with architectural respect in mind.
The 18th century facade of the chateau has a beautiful alignment of mullioned windows and cut stone frames. The living area of ​​the castle is 900m2.

The property as a whole consists of the Chateau and an nearby house (the Bergerie). The complex offers 15 bedrooms, 3 buildings, 3 heated swimming pools, 72 hectares of land.


Indoors

- Le Chateau (7 bedrooms)

Le Chateau - Ground floor:
Vast entrance hall and its beautiful staircase with 17th century plasterwork, cloakroom with access to two vaulted cellars in the basement. Large kitchen with feudal fireplace and its old vegetable garden. Back kitchen with north access. Five large adjoining reception rooms with two dining rooms, two beautiful lounges and a library office. An entrance to the east serves the indoor swimming pool. This one is opened on the gardens by magnificent arcades.

Le Chateau - 1st floor:
Large landing distributing a beautiful living room of approximately 50m2, five beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a closet or dressing room and most of them have a fireplace.

Le Chateau - 2nd floor:
A large living room of 80m2 lit by numerous windows. Two beautiful bedrooms on either side with bathroom.


- The stables of the castle (2 bedrooms)

This building offers around 100m2 of living space in perfect condition with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.


- The Bergerie (6 bedrooms)

This house is an old stone farmhouse on the estate, on a promontory behind the castle. Dating from the 18th century, it offers approximately 600 m2 of living space in perfect condition.

Bergerie - Ground floor:
Vast entrance hall with passage, large vaulted living room and fireplace, television room.
Magnificent fitted kitchen with dining room. A games room, boiler room, laundry room and independent garage.

Bergerie - Upstairs:

All the buildings of the property have been completely restored and offer perfect comfort. Electricity, telephone for local calls, gas central heating are available in the Château and the Bergerie. An elevator serves all levels of the castle. A high-speed wifi network is available in the main rooms of the castle, the Bergerie and the stable and on the terraces.

Outdoors

Three heated swimming pools are available on the property: two pools at the Château, one indoor and one outdoor with its two pavilions, one in the Bergerie. Outdoors pools are closed during the winter season.

The splendid park and formal gardens around the Château with the large pond and century-old plane trees is pure delight.
Behind the Bergerie is an old dovecote dominating the property. At the entrance of the property is an old windmill perfectly restored and in working order
Next to the castle, four parking garage are available.

The domain also includes:
