Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3 - Separate Garden Annexe (accessed via steps) :
Room, Garden level, direct access to the garden, independent access. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom.

Note: Bedroom 3 is located in the garden annex, accessible by a few steps.


Indoors 

The interiors of the villa have a bright, modern feel, with a Provençal living room and elegant kitchen opening onto a covered terrace.
The living areas offer the utmost comfort for guests, while works of art, furniture and even a few accessories from the owner's own films give this villa a unique and singular touch.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms with king-size beds, one with a magnificent en suite bathroom and the other with an elegant shower room, offer absolute comfort to guests. A third en suite bedroom is located in an annex near the swimming pool.


Outdoors 

Outside, the villa's enchanting garden features a heated swimming pool (11 x 5m; depth: 0.87 - 1.9m) (from May to September), ideal for soaking up the Provençal sunshine.
The summer kitchen and barbecue area, with its uninterrupted view of the surrounding olive groves, promise convivial moments with family and friends.
The terrace invites you to relax, with a glass of wine produced on the estate, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this magnificent residence.
