Spanning three levels, the main house offers 435 m² of light-filled spaces. The garden level opens out onto the vineyard and the gardens, adorned with olive trees, via a spacious living area combining a lounge with a fireplace, a reading corner and a large 77 m² dining room capable of seating 16 guests. The modern kitchen, centred around a central island, opens onto a terrace shaded by ancient, hundred-year-old oak trees, ideal for summer meals. The décor combines fine materials with a refined atmosphere, creating a perfect balance between Provençal charm and contemporary comfort.
The 90 m² "Maisonnette" (annexe), situated close to the garden, features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and views of the umbrella pines and the vineyard.
A high-tech multi-purpose room completes the estate, ideal for events or seminars.
Outdoors
The estate offers a stunning outdoor setting with its 15-hectare enclosed grounds, featuring a mix of vineyards, olive trees and umbrella pines. A heated infinity pool* (9 x 7m – depth: 1.25m) is the perfect place to relax, with a dry-stone pool house featuring an air-conditioned summer kitchen, a massage room and an outdoor shower. Around the pool, relaxation areas featuring sun loungers, cushions and armchairs offer optimal comfort. The pétanque court and the numerous reading nooks scattered throughout the garden complete this setting, perfect for unwinding in close contact with nature.
The property also features a secure car park for around a dozen vehicles. Two adult bikes are available for you to use.
*The swimming pool can be heated on request and for an additional charge from June to September.
The swimming pool is closed from November to April.
