Rental conditions
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ici avec 4 familles et quelques petits enfants. La maison dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour sans soucis et offre beaucoup d'espace, d'intimité et de confort pour tout le monde. Beau jardin avec de nombreux sièges et une belle piscine.
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Belle maison de vacances avec tous les équipements nécessaires et le luxe ! Recommandé.
